Resolved Question: Who installs Solar for Commercial at the shore in NJ?
We have an oceanfront beachhouse right on the sand dune that use to be part of the summer compound of The Barrymore theatre family when they lived & filmed at the NJ shore.
It is presently 4 unused apartments for 15+ years and has been rezoned waterfront/commercial/residential.
Our plan is to either rent out the 4 apartments or make it an oceanfront Bed & Breakfast. Sober guest House & possibly rent thru sobervacations.com to 12 step recovery folks.

I was also considering investing in some waterfront property which I could let campers or RVers use until I retire and build my own house.

Resolved Question: A local Miami realtor knocked on the door and has a potential cash buyer AND our home isn’t even listed yet.
Truth be told, we bought a new home in an adjacent county recently and have been planning (very discretely) to move by the end of August, fix up our old waterfront home and list it in October. We are financially able to pay for both homes for a couple of years and sell when the market is better, but this is appealing. We did NOT tell this agent that we had already planned on moving or of our plans/activities. Rather, I was stand-off-ish, complaining that the holidays were upon us and we were due to go out of town and the house was cluttered and in no condition to be shown to serious buyers. I also confronted the agent by telling him that it was a major inconvenience and that I had a lot of cleaning and declutterizing to do and rent a storage unit (I’m moving the stuff to the new house slowly!). Homes are listed here at 20-30% above county tax assessed value. I will ask for county assessed price to make it appealing. Will it work? What commission should I offer? Do I sell as-is?
