Open Question: questions about putting a frog and a beta fish together?
so my question is how big of tank should i get and should i get a frog with my beta? and are they stinky? i’ve also heard that an american dwarf frog is the way to go, do they need land to sit on or can it be under water the whole time?! will the beta eat it cause male betas tend to be mean, just to be safe should i get a female beta or should i skip the beta fish all the way and get another fish?!

omg soo many questions, this will be my first beta with a frog if i do get it, if that helps….
i have had other betas and love them so i plan to stay with betas but please feel free to suggest anything!

Open Question: Should you trust your apartment landlady (apartment manager) if they ask you to hang out? Is this normal?
I’m 19, and my boyfriend is 26 and we live together in an apartment next to my campus. It’s pretty ghetto, but the land lady is nice…but then again…
A few weeks ago I ran into her and she asked me to talk to her after Halloween so we could hang out IN ANOTHER TOWN together. She is around 35 years older than me though…
I was planning on seeing her to make plans, but my boyfriend cooked this weird fish called “escolar” and it made me sick for an entire week so I didn’t leave my room. And then the landlady put a notice up that she would be out of town that next week so yea…I went to see her today, but she didn’t say much and that was that so I left.
I live near the entrance to the apartment and sometimes I’ll be studying and hear these black guys keep calling for her and they ask her about drugs/parties and stuff.
Also, she told me that she was going to try and get a studious asian, male roommate for me and my boyfriend and we were happy about that…but it has been a couple months and he hasn’t moved in. Then just today my landlady knocked on my door and woke me up so I could open the kitchen door to show some guy looking at the place. Then later today she had a girl looking at the place.
anyways…i don’t feel comfortable with the landlady anymore because although she is nice, I think her behavior is kinda odd.
Should I trust my landlady if she asks to go out of town with me again, and is this normal?

Open Question: Tight budget on Christmas Shopping this next weekend?
I am starting my Christmas shopping and plan to be finished with it in two weeks because I need to give some of them to people by the 19th of December, and others Christmas day.

I’m traveling to CA to visit family on the 20th of December and won’t be back till after the 1st, I don’t remember exactly what day.

I’m 17 and can only afford so much, so I am buying 90% of the gifts for family at the flee market, because most of the stuff there is really nice but still cheap.

I need to buy for a 10yr old nephew, 12yr old nephew, 6yr old nephew, mom, dad, brother-in-law, my pregnant brother (He’s homosexual and going on 6 months pregnant), my 17yr old brother, Uncle John (father to a child with Cerebral Palsy, that I already got his gift for), Aunt Kelly, Grandma Mary, Grandma Lilly, Grandpa Tom, Grandma’s friend Keda, or something like that., Uncle David, 27yr old sister Stephanie, Steph’s boyfriend,

Here’s a little about them….
I have the 10 and 12 year old under control
My 6yr old nephew who is pratically my little brother is starting to change what he is into. He is into “Bakugan” now and is starting to get into star wars, legos, and intruments. I haven’t found any of it yet at the flee market.

Mom - books, candles, arts n’ crafts, cooking things, etc.
Dad - Thinking about getting him a bumper sticker with his philosophy “Art is for people who can’t do math” on it, other than that I have no clue.

Brother-in-law LOVES nick nacks and star wars.
Brother - Excited about baby coming, journaling, don’t know what else.

17 year old brother - want to get him something cheap or very simple as he is not greatful of anything. He never used the present I got him last year, still in the box.

Uncle John - no clue.
Aunt Kelly - Wiccan, likes partying and things like that.
Grandma Mary, still sad about Grandpa’s passing in 2006 and very sad about her sisters passing in august, likes stuffed animals and cozy things especially slippers.

Grandma Lilly - Arts N crafts, books, plants, fish, her water and her land turtle, Dr. Phil

Uncle Tom - Cigars, sardines, chips, seaweed, old fashioned collectible cars, nick nacks

Keda - no clue, but I want to get her something nice because she went shop crazy on me last year even though I don’t even know her.

Uncle David - No clue, but he is practically a humorous cuddly teddy bear.

Stephanie - haven’t seen her in two years, but last time I saw her she had just lost about 100lbs and very happy

Steph’s boyfriend - from what I know about him, no one likes him, but I want to get him something nice because I don’t know him yet. No clue what he likes.

What should I look for for each person there, and it’s got to be something I can find for really cheap.

Store: The flee market, garage sales
….My brother is pregnant, homosexual and transgender female to male. He is married to my brother in law, now is that a problem?
Thank you, for the response. I will take that in mind. I will probably be able to buy more than that knowing the people I buy from at flee markets sell things for .25 to .50 cents each and no more than a dollar for some real nice things.
